Golly you will love this Crunchy nut honey oats recipe I created with amazing ceres organic products!

Often we are confronted with sweet, processed easy to grab cereals, muesli, granolas that are convenient but are actually not conveniently healthy for our bodies….. and we feel torn of course. Buy the processed cereal my kids love or what do I substitute this for ?? Will they eat it? Will they like it? Will they go hungry??? It’s a battle every family deals with.

ingredients

  • 3 cups Organic Whole Grain Oats

  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (almonds/walnuts/pistachios)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 1/4 cup Egmont Raw Honey

  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

  • 1 cup Buckwheat Puffs/Groats/ or Millet Puffs

  • 2T Chia & 1 cup Organic Sultanas added after baking.

METHOD

  • Preheat Oven to 160 degrees celsius.

  • Place everything into a big bowl, stir thoroughly and then spread on a tray to bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • Once slightly golden, add the Chia seeds and Sultanas.

  • Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 months.

    DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
